Ruth is a local artist and art tutor specialising in watercolours and mixed media, predominantly painting en plain air the stunning local landscapes and coastal seascapes.

As the artist explains “she experiments with the reactions of water and colour to attain the effects of light, shadow, texture and atmosphere”.
